3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 Tbs butter, melted
2 Tbs Kentucky bourbon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup Nestlé Toll House® Semi-Sweet Morsels
1 Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Add eggs to a mixing bowl, and beat lightly. Add sugar and corn syrup. Stir to combine. Add flour. Pour in the melted butter while stirring. Stir in the bourbon, vanilla, salt, walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the filling is set. Let cool before slicing.
